Mariela, Irma and Juana were in charge of meal preparation for the March 2007 visit to Amacuapa. They worked from 5:30 AM to 7:00 PM each day. Food was prepared using either a propane stove or a wood fired oven. Their capability was amazing. The lovely aprons that the cooks are wearing were compliments of Bob Lowry.
