The RCC theme for 2026 is “One family. One year. One book.” As a congregation we are taking the year to read through the entirety of the Bible. Elisha and other speakers will be using passages from the previous week’s readings to build the sermons and Sunday night classes.
We’re using The One Year Bible reading plan, which features daily readings from Old Testament, New Testament, Psalms, and Proverbs. Below are three ways to participate, and keep scrolling for more helpful study resources.
1. Buy the Book
The One Year Bible is available in the ESV and other translations from many booksellers.
2. Use YouVersion Bible App
On your mobile device, download the YouVersion Bible App, and search Plans for “The One Year Bible” reading plan. The plan can then prompt you for all the daily readings, or even read the text aloud (if you use a translation that has audio available).
If you have YouVersion and are on your mobile device, you can use this button to open the plan.
3. Use Your Own Bible
Here’s a PDF of the scriptures for all 12 months, from https://bibleinayearonline.com/
