Living the Word: On to Maturity

May 07, 2023  Elisha Freeman — Maya Angelou once said, ‘Most people don’t grow up, most people age. They find parking spaces, honor their credit cards, get married, have children, and call that maturity. What that is, is aging.’ God’s plan for the disciple of Jesus is grow and too mature. With this growth comes the need for us to stretch and accommodate. To that end, what do we, as a church, live by to ensure that the purpose of the church is met? This morning our first house rule is: Love.
