So many of us have souls that have been in a terrible, horrible, no good condition. Sometimes these happen to us through events out of our control. What does Jesus teach us that enables us to handle and respond in positive ways? We will seek these answers this morning in our lesson.

Leaving Egypt: Learning in the Wilderness

In an unusual twist to the narrative, God brings Israel to the wilderness that extends towards the Red Sea. Here, Israel will learn valuable lessons, that if applied, will strengthen their faith. Pursuing the King in the Darkness (Christmas 2018)

As the calendar turns and the Christmas season is ushered in and everything with it, we start a brand new series entitled ‘Pursuing the King.’ The holiday season is a paradox: joy and sorrow, peace and stress, and light and dark. These all exist and we can lose sight of Jesus and be taken off the path that leads to Him. What do we do when we encounter darkness and the light seems to go out? This morning we will seek to answer this question as we learn to Pursue the King in the Dark.
